For families
Family see only what the user chooses to share.
Fello respects older adults as capable adults. It is not a family surveillance tool, and helping with setup never means reading private conversations.
Help with setup, if they want it
A family member can help set up the account, add contacts, preferences and reminders, subject to consent and the older adult’s permissions.
Family see only what the user chooses to share
Guardian setup never automatically grants access to private conversations. Family access is permission-based, always.
Send a reminder, receive what you are allowed to see
A clear way to communicate reminders or requests to your parent, and to receive only the updates you are authorised to see.
Not a surveillance tool
Fello respects older adults as capable adults. It is not a monitoring dashboard, and it never feels like one.
Two ways to begin
Guardian setup or self-onboarding.
A family member can help set up the older adult’s experience, or the older adult can start on their own with one large button inviting a conversation. Either way, Fello confirms what it heard before saving anything.
Guardian onboarding
A family member helps set up the account and can provide relevant details, contacts, preferences and reminders, subject to appropriate consent and permissions.
Self-onboarding
No long questionnaire. One large, obvious button invites the person to have a 5–10 minute conversation in which Fello learns useful context.

What we promise.
- The older adult is the primary user and retains agency, even when a family member helps with setup.
- Family access is permission-based. Guardian setup does not automatically grant access to private conversations.
- Fello clearly explains what is saved, why it is saved, and what, if anything, is shared.
- Fello never claims a call was placed, a message was sent, a reminder was saved or an integration worked unless the system actually confirms it.
- Simulated or sample content is always marked as such wherever a real external service is not connected.
- Research answers communicate uncertainty and are not professional medical, legal or financial advice.
- Wellness is supportive, not a substitute for medical care. Astrology is presented as an interpretive service rather than established fact.
- No manipulative emotional dependence, alarmist messages, infantilising language or surveillance-like family features.
- Deletes ask first and offer Undo. Nothing personal is saved without a yes.
Just speak. Fello takes care of the rest.
You never have to learn the app. Say what you need and Fello does it, then tells you what it did.
